Welcome Detective!
Congrats on your promotion! Now that you're a solo detective it's up to you to sift through evidence and link it together to solve mysteries and crimes in the local area. Be careful that you don't go down false lines of enquiry or fall for red herrings in this simple puzzle game.
This game was made for the Brackeys 2022.1 game jam with the theme "This is not real"
How to Play
After listening to the call from your boss, click the document basket on your desk to pin evidence to the cork board. You can click on documents, photos and newspaper clippings to inspect them or click and drag to move them around the board. You can click and drag the thumbtacks to link the evidence together.
Once the evidence is linked to form a valid conclusion your pencil will write on your investigative report. You can then submit this to your boss by clicking on the fax machine and then selecting submit.
Be careful! The conclusion you submit will determine the final outcome of the investigation and does not always lead to a happy ending!

| Windows | Unzip the folder and run the executable file |
| Mac OS X | Unzip the folder using an unzipping app before running the Red Herring app. As the project is unsigned you may have to give it permission in your security settings. |

Hiya! Pretty curious how did you make the threading and pins in unity(I'm assuming you used unity)
I'm not sure if the third puzzle doesn't have a solution yet or I'm just not getting it
Yeah I made that while half asleep at 5am at the end of the game jam so It's a bit wack. I'm gonna fix it after the rating period is over but if you want to try and get it now just try the most convoluted solution you can think of.
